FIBCs


Constructed from high-tenacity and high-resistance woven polypropylene tapes, designed to hold loads ranging from 300 to 2500 Kg. they are presented in a wide variety of models: Tubular, Flat, U-Panel, with Dividers, One Loop, among others.


Its structure allows for the packaging and storage of powdery materials of different granulations, such as fertilizers, chemicals, food, cements, minerals, seeds, resins, etc.

Laminated or non-laminated fabric of 160g to 200g.

OPEN TOP AND BLIND BOTTOM Open top without closure, completely sealed bottom. Facilitates manual filling and prevents losses from the base. Ideal for bulk products such as sand, stone, cement, grains, and other solid materials that do not require controlled discharge.
OPEN TOP AND DISCHARGE VALVE Open top without closure, bottom with discharge valve. Allows for controlled discharge of the contents. Useful in industries that require progressive emptying, such as food, chemicals, or plastics in pellets.
SKIRT AND BLIND BOTTOM Top skirt to cover the load and fully sealed bottom. Greater protection against contamination and spills. Recommended for products sensitive to contamination or environmental exposure, such as powdered foods or chemicals.
SKIRT AND DISCHARGE VALVE Upper skirt and discharge valve at the base. It facilitates load protection and controlled discharge. Suitable for products that require extra protection and controlled dispensing, such as fine powders or special chemicals.
CHARGE VALVE AND DISCHARGE VALVE Upper valve for controlled loading and discharge valve at the base. Allows for efficient handling in industrial processes. Ideal for industries that require automated loading and unloading, such as chemicals, agribusiness, and plastics.

AD-STAR® Bags


A new concept in polypropylene raffia bags that combines the best of traditional designs, offering greater strength and efficiency.

The AD-STAR® bags are produced using an innovative hot air sealing process that fuses the joints of laminated polypropylene raffia without the need for adhesives or seams. This eliminates perforations in the material and prevents fraying, ensuring greater durability.

Available in two formats, they can be manufactured as valve bags with a block structure or as open-mouth bags with a block base, adapting to various packaging needs.

The self-closing valve allows for filling with a wide variety of products. It can be adapted to any need, and it can even be manufactured to completely seal the bag once filling is complete.

The AD-STAR® bags are compatible with any filling system and can be used for both manual and automatic filling.

The bags are filled like any polypropylene or paper bag, so no special equipment is necessary.

The block shape of AD-STAR® bags was designed to achieve perfect alignment on pallets and optimal use of cargo space. This advantage, combined with its high strength, allows stacking of up to four pallets.
